Engaging content.
Absolutely!
Any business, from a solopreneur to the largest corporate enterprise can benefit from having quality customer success stories. Positive customer testimonials are skimmable tidbits of information that help provide credibility in your buyers’ minds, but they don’t give the full picture.
You’ve probably come across testimonials that sound something like this:
“XYZ company is fantastic! Their product did just what we needed. I highly recommend them.”
OK…But you may be left wondering,
“What was the problem the user was trying to solve? Is that a problem I have too?
What did they try before?
How did they implement using the product?
What specific results did they get?
These are the kinds of questions your prospects are asking.
And the kinds of questions that can be answered through a compelling case study that builds credibility, educates your prospects, and validates your solutions to help grow your business.
Prospects want to hear the stories from others “just like them” who have overcome similar challenges and achieved success with your solutions so they can envision those results for themselves.
Let’s get started telling those stories!

If you need other types of writing, let's talk!
No. I specialize in the fields of education, rehabilitation, and assistive technology because of my extensive background in those areas. However, I’m not limited to those industries. Let's talk!
Following completion of your written case study, I can provide you with a list of questions that you can use during an interview with your case study subject to help capture their replies for a video case study. Knowing the customer’s story in advance of a video shoot can help save time, money and increase efficiency when producing a video. However, I don’t have the resources to assist in the filming or production of a video.
I’m a verified copywriter with the American Writers and Artists Institute (AWAI), the premier copywriting educational program in the US. In addition to my initial training in the art and science of persuasive writing, I’ve attained additional specialty certifications with mentorships in website auditing, case studies and white papers. All of these certifications were taught by top experts in their respective fields, and required attending classes, submitting writing projects for professional review and passing a written exam.
Quite possibly, yes. While a case study with a named “happy customer” can be more powerful, sometimes companies or individual people do not want to be named directly due to proprietary business practices or need for personal privacy.
In these cases, it may be possible to write a case study by identifying the customer by their generic industry type (i.e., “a large health-care company”). An individual person may be identified by their first name only, initials, or a pseudonym. We’ll discuss the specific needs of your project to see which options may work best for you.
Yes. Professionalism, trust and respect for you and your clients is the hallmark of my partnership with you, with or without an NDA.
Yes, I have professional graphic designers that I partner with who can help design your case study and related materials if needed.
Projects are priced on a per-project basis, not an hourly rate. If after our Discovery call, we decide to partner together on your project, I’ll send you a custom proposal that outlines the details of your project and the cost.
Using per-project pricing allows for efficient budgeting for you and lets me dedicate the time and resources to produce the high-quality content you deserve. A 50% deposit is required to begin your project.
It’s easy to get started!
Just click the button below the FAQ section on this page to schedule your free Discovery call so we can talk about your project. The link will take you to my Calendly calendar with real-time scheduling availability. (You'll need to close this answer box to see the button.)
Next, we'll talk about your business needs during our call. If we decide to work together, I’ll prepare a custom proposal for you based on the details of our conversation. Once that proposal is approved and a 50% deposit received, I'll get to work learning about your company and your selected “happy customer.”
Then, I’ll design custom interview questions, conduct interviews, write a compelling story, and facilitate approvals from both you and your client as needed per our project. Once the story content is approved, the next step is optional graphic design if desired.
Finally, it's time to put your case study to work! See question 2 for just some of the ways that you can use your new case study in your sales and marketing.
